The exposure to these elements combined with packaging that isn’t designed for long-term outdoor storage results in fragile or disintegrating pallets. This can cause the packaging to fail, resulting in slower install times and damaged and/or lost materials.

Material damage prior to installation and lost material due to disintegration packaging increases the cost of the project and project schedules may be affected due to the long lead time from non-domestic suppliers.

This why we at Lexington Energy Services have developed a process for wrapping modules and racking materials both on and off-site. Our goal is to limit material loss and damage prior to installation due to early shipments and weather-related damage, therefore reducing additional cost and schedule delays to your project.
